Odds on the 2020 Men's CrossFit Games Championship Winner

Some of the world's best athletes have been competing in the Crossfit Games this year. In just a few days, a champion will be crowned. Here are some of the men that have a shot at earning the championship this weekend.

Mathew Fraser: -450

The biggest favorite left in the entire tournament is 30-year-old Mathew Fraser. It's not much of a surprise to see him sitting atop the standings right now. He's won the past four events with relative ease. Fraser holds a massive lead with 656 points and is listed as the -450 favorite to get the win.

Noah Ohlsen: +150

Trailing Mathew Fraser by more than 160 points is the talented Noah Ohlsen. Noah is looking incredible this year, particularly in the Awful Annie category where he placed second. Ohlsen will need to be on his A-game this weekend to reach the number-one spot, but he's certainly capable of doing so.

Justin Medeiros: +300

Justin Medeiros was thought to be a massive underdog heading into the tournament this year. He's proven to be one of the best in the world, however, and is now just eight points behind Noah Ohlen in the standings. Based on the current odds on the 2020 CrossFit Games, he might seem like a long shot but some predict another late rally by Justin.

Samuel Kwant: +400

Crossfit Games Betting Odds

At 24 years old, Samuel Kwant is one of the younger men sitting atop the sport's rankings right now. Kwant is also larger than many of his competitors at 5'11'. Youth can be an advantage and Samuel Kwant is now pushing hard to earn his first major championship.
Jeffery Adler: +500

The lone non-American in the top-five of the CrossFit Games standings is Jeffery Adler. He holds 420 points right now with a 9 minute and 51 seconds finish of the Awful Annie round. Those looking for a great underdog pick might want to go with Adler here.

Odds on the 2020 Women's CrossFit Games Championship Winner

College football betting odds

Much like the men's division, there is one clear competitor in the women's division to win the championship this year. That doesn't mean anything is guaranteed. In fact, several of the women are extremely close to reaching the top of the standings heading into the finals this weekend.

Tia-Clair Toomey: -300

For the past three years, Tia-Clair Toomey has dominated the CrossFit Games. She hasn't lost a step in 2020 and is on the cusp of a fourth-straight championship win. It's interesting to see where she stands in the odds on the 2020 CrossFit Games, though, as she's only leading by 35 points.

Brooke Wells: +175

Brooke Wells is second in this year's women's CrossFit Games odds. With 580 points in stage one of the competition, she is very capable of bridging that cap to win the championship. At +175, Wells offers the best betting value out of the remaining women in the contest.

Haley Adams: +200

Here's where things start to get a little more difficult. Haley Adams is an extremely accomplished crossfit athlete, yet she's more than 100 points behind Tia-Clair Toomey to capture this year's championship. I'm a little surprised to see her odds on the 2020 CrossFit Games to win listed at just +200.

Katrin Davidsdottir: +300

Iceland's biggest hope to win a CrossFit Games championship lies with Katrin Davidsdottir. It's been amazing to see her surge up the rankings, as she's never been listed higher than 8th in the worldwide rankings. Katrin looked solid through round one. In order to win the championship, however, she'll need to have the performance of a lifetime.

Kari Pearce: +350

Last up in the women's CrossFit Games betting odds is Kari Pearce. She is facing an uphill battle being more than 150 points behind Toomey. Anything can happen in crossfit tournaments, though. She's extremely explosive and has what it takes to reach the championship.

Rich Froning Jr. had been the face of the men's competition thanks to four straight titles from 2011 to 2014, but opted to compete in the team event the last two years. That choice proved to bebeneficial, as the 29-year old CrossFit phenom helped his team take home back-to-back titles.

Betting Odds Explanation

Froning has put being a father, husband and part of a winning team ahead of all else and doesn't look like a safe bet to return to the individual race. That understandably puts Fraser in thedriver's seat to repeat as CrossFit champion for the men's division, but some top betting sites wonder if he'll actually win.
